Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
Once dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of grocery products, returns are generally not accepted except in the following situations:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged product delivered
- Expired product delivered
- Missing items from order
Customers must report issues within 24 hours of delivery.
Refund Policy
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 to 15 business days through the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer or store credit.
Non-Returnable Products
The following are generally non-returnable:
- Fresh fruits and vegetables
- Dairy products
- Frozen products
- Opened food items
- Personal care products once opened
Unless delivered in damaged or defective condition.
